Grand Central Building

Grand Central Building Grand Central Market was a Portland retail hub in the 1930s, playing a major role in the economic development of the Central Eastside Neighborhood. The goal of this restoration is to revive an historic Portland landmark and revitalize the Morrison-Belmont retail corridor.


618 Building

618 Building The 618 Building, formerly known as the Oregon Cracker Building is located at the western foot of the Broadway Bridge, just south of Union Station. Major building refurbishments have recently been completed. The building features high ceilings, exposed brick, wood floors and fantastic natural light for creative, office and retail use.


Manhattan Hotel Building

Built in 1894, the Manhattan Hotel Building is a 12,600 square foot 3-story building with basement. All three floors are leasable space. The 4,200 square foot first floor is occupied by Dixie Tavern. The 2nd and 3rd floors (4,200 square feet each) are unoccupied office spaces that Foresight will be leasing to prospective tenants for occupancy in 2008.


Baggage & Carriage Building

Baggage & Carriage Building

Built in 1886, the Baggage & Carriage Building is a 28,500 square foot three-story building that occupies ¼ of a city block at SW Pine and 2nd Streets in downtown Portland. The 9,500 sq. ft. first floor is occupied by The Zone, an underage nightclub. The second and third floors are currently unoccupied.

Foresight Development will be converting this property to mixed use featuring a restaurant and ground-floor retail shops. The second and third floors (approx. 9,750 sq. ft. each) will be converted to office space. A new single-story 4,900 sq. ft. penthouse with rooftop garden is also planned.
